Fahrenheit Design worked with Dell to develop the design of the x1008.   Intended for use in a small to medium-sized business environment, the small, stackable form factor allows for improved flexibility in positioning and mounting. Featuring eight 1 GbE ports with PoE (Power over Ethernet)  it can be placed on a tabletop or mounted on the wall, or hidden away under a desk. The fanless anodized aluminum housing acts as a heat sink, with the ability to share housing between POE and Non-POE Models
