Spree’s provides the most accurate readings for body temperature, heart rate and calories burned for serious athletes. Unlike movement tracking wristbands, which can be elementary and unreliable or high-end heart rate monitors that require chest straps and restrict breathing, Spree obtains biometric information comfortably through the forehead.  It is the only workout device with body temperature monitoring so you get an effective workout without risk of over heating

During workouts, Spree tracks biometric information and streams it to a smart phone app wirelessly via Bluetooth. Since users can view an analysis of their progress in real time, fitness goals become much clearer and more tangible.  Additionally, the water resistant silicone band helps channel sweat from users eyes while holding the sensor in place.
