PureWine - The Phoenix
THE WINE YOU LIKE, HEADACHE-FREE.
In 2014, PureWine set out to make wine accessible to those who suffer from headaches and allergic reactions. While other wine purifiers only remove sulfites, PureWine developed an innovative filtration system which removes both sulfites and histamines - the causes of most adverse reactions - without affecting the flavor of the wine.
Following the success of their initial products, PureWine approached Fahrenheit desiring to make a reusable, pod-based filtration device. The result was The Phoenix, an aerator and filter in one.

The Phoenix attaches directly to the opening of the bottle, filtering and aerating wine as it is poured. It quickly disassembles for easy cleaning and pod replacement.
While nearly all aerators share a similar black and silver aesthetic, The Phoenix opts for a lighter, more elegant look, available in both rose gold and white trims.
